On this page I am sharing some content for my students to enjoy. There are a few categories - Wellness Tips, Yoga and Pilates so far. Gradually I will be adding more. In March of 2020 as you know, many of us have lost our jobs. I want my students to have a place to maintain their practice as my gift to you. Normally in my classes I love to play music. For longer videos the platform I am using so far is YouTube. I cannot play music due to copyright issues. If you have Spotify Premium, you can use my playlists. I have made some of them public for you to use. They are labelled Yoga and Pilates and have the month and year in which I created them. My Spotify handle is sandramchugh. You could always use your own music as well!
Square Breathing Technique
A simple and effective technique that can help you to focus and reduce anxiety. Breathe deeply and softly at the same time.
A gentle yoga style with the sequence set by the teacher. Suitable for beginners.
A slower type of class focusing on passive stretching. The poses are held for 1-5 minutes each. This style is great for working on flexibility and relaxation. If you have props to use, this would be great. I use a bolster and two blocks.
Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga where the poses are linked together. These classes focus on breath and grounding. Suitable for intermediate students.
Pilates - Intermediate
This class is an intermediate level Pilates class.
